 As a Product/Customer Support Specialist you would be responsible for solving customer requests and issues assigned to you, mainly over e-mail. Our Customer Support team is rather smaller (11 people) and is located in our Prague's headquarters with one team member in Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
> Daily handling of your assigned customer cases and prompt handling
> Become a technical expert on Socialbakers’ products to successfully respond to all customer support and user issues
> Participate in weekly meetings to help improve processes and point out support cases that are reoccurring, suggesting solutions
> Written and verbal communication with clients, sales team and engineering to solve any issues
> Sharing the knowledge within the team

> Any previous client facing experience (preferably technical/IT client support)
> Ability to multi-task with competing issues and prioritize appropriately
> You are diligent about documentation of customer resolutions
> You are organized with strong attention to detail
> Team player and caring personality
> Fluent in English (daily communication with foreign customers – mostly e-mail)
> The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
> The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
> The technical aptitude to master our CRM tool and products
> A highly self-driven sense of motivation
> Outgoing and friendly personality
> You must be able to legitimately work and live in the Czech Republic.
