Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Interactive Pro, you’ll be managing the full marketing process - from lead generation, to conversion and reporting - and will take ownership of a portfolio of online degree programmes - including market research, email communications, and all campaigns for attracting new students to enrol on their chosen course. You will come to know everything about our university partner, and the online programmes within our portfolio they offer.

Your role will involve manage, plan, deliver, execute, and report on all paid lead generation activities (PPC, affiliate, social) and the corresponding landing page structures. You’ll report to the Brand Manager, and will be working closely with copywriting, design, UX, and student recruitment teams to create your empire of marketing assets. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll need the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, and work within a cross-functional team to meet pressing deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop marketing communication plans and agenda to meet business goals across all programmes and brands
  • Plan, deliver, execute and report on paid lead generation activities via ppc, affiliate, social
  • Manage the budget and control the marketing spend
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign result, KPI and ROI
  • Assist with production of content for landing pages, emails, internal website, course guides, paid ads, social media, promotional videos etc.
  • Coordinate and execute A/B testing, personalised concepts and optimisations
  • Conduct marketing research (including competitor analysis) and prepare marketing and advertising strategy for certain target market and persona
  • Coordinate student surveys, analyze the results and and report on key findings
  • Regular liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders such as academic team, sales, copywriters, designers, student services, admissions, university partner staff etc.
  • Coordinate the new product launch process implementation (we'll have new products launching regularly, efficiency is key!)
  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
  • Other projects as requested by manager


Candidate requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree - preferably in Marketing
  • 3 - 5 years of previous marketing experience - including lead generation campaigns, content marketing, lead nurturing, and email communication strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics and other Google products, Excel and experience with reporting KPIs such as lead quality, traffic, CPAs and conversion rates
  • The ability to balance data-driven decisions with logic and creative judgement
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation systems (Salesforce and Pardot)
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • An overwhelming desire to show initiative and try new things
