An American company providing medical devices is currently looking for new talents joining their customer service team.


This opportunity is perfect for you if you next to English speak also Polish OR Hungarian OR Romanian, you enjoy working in customer service and you have chosen Prague to be your base.


Your everyday responsibilities:

  • Product customer support- devices for patients with diabetes
  • Actively helping customers solving issues with their products by phone or per email
  • Communicating within departments (within and outside of Czech Republic)
  • Dealing with connected administration


  • Knowledge of Polish OR Hungarian OR Romanian language (min B2 level)
  • Knowledge of the English language (min. B2 level)
  • Experience in customer service or with order taking
  • Time flexibility- shift work (customer service’s opening hours are between 7am to 8pm, including weekends)
  • EU work permit
