Payroll Specialist with German

Location: Prague

Full time, unlimited contract


  • Run entire Austrian Payroll
  • Report to and deal with the respective Austrian authorities
  • Responsible for foreign employee’s agenda connected to payroll activities (registration of foreign employees, reporting etc.)
  • Maintain personal files in hard copy and in the payroll system (My Loga)
  • Administration and reporting of selected company benefits
  • Administration and reporting of the medical check ups
  • Introductory presentations for new employees regarding My Loga system and Payroll topics
  • Proactively suggest and drive areas for Payroll processes improvement


  • At least one year of experience in independent payroll activities preferably from international environment
  • Fluent German language
  • Experience with Austrian payroll is a big plus
  • Advanced MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience with LOGA payroll system is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian legislation related to payroll and HR
