Your new company 

For our significant client, an international company, accounting and finance shared service center in Prague, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Payroll Clerk with English language. 


Your new role 

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculation and accrual of wages and salaries, vacation allowances, different compensations, accommodation allowances, time sheets review, cost sheets and support documents review, generation of payrolls and registering to bank, reporting to HR department, providing employees with payslips, advising employees on payroll issues, downloading payments in bank-client, communication with banks, employees and HR.


What you'll need to succeed 

The ideal candidate should have higher economic education in accounting and reporting with previous accounting experience (at least 2 years) of and knowledge HR procedures and workflow. Knowledge of SAP (HR, R3) is required. Excellent level of English is a must, some level of Russian will be an advantage.
