Our client – pharmaceutical company with SSC located in the heart of the Prague’s center – is looking for people to join their AP team. This is the right opportunity for you, if you want to work in global international company and have experience in AP agenda. 


Your new role 

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and helping to manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team. The role will include processing of invoices, generating payments, managing vendor inquiries, and performing period close and reconciliations. Main responsibilities will be performing invoice processing, resolve invoice/ purchase order discrepancies, prepare payment proposals, and process payments.


What you'll need to succeed 

The right candidate has a degree or diploma in finance / accounting and detailed knowledge of general accounting principles, 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable work experience. Fluent English is enough, one of the following languages is a plus: German/Spanish/Italian.
