We are currently looking for candidate to become Customer Support/Order management representative with Italian language for our client - international company based in Prague.

Your new role

You will be responsible for Customer Service supporting the European business units managing order entry and customer claims process, maintaining high customer service levels. You will also participate in cross-functional process improvement initiative, liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. 

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking for highly customer oriented candidate with excellent attention to details. Proficiency in both written and spoken English required as well as communicational level of Italian language (at least B2). Understanding of ERP systems and processes - SAP knowledge is a plus as well as p roficiency in MS Excel.
