Order Management Senior Analyst UK

Job purpose 

Treat incoming orders from Customers according to the order process definitions to ensure delivering and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA´s – on time in full

Business environment


Main characteristics

  • Customer Service Center – Front Office
  • Inventory Management
  • Transport Management
  • Account managers and Commercial Supply department


  • Capture all incoming orders from customers via e-mail/EDI
  • Enter them to the system according to official ways of working
  • Verify if specific logistic and customer master data rules are met
  • Monitor and solve customer´s and CSC agent´s ad-hoc requests and issues as well as potential system failures that don’t require interaction with customers


  • Ensure compliance with BSC standards, AB InBev policies and SLAs
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements
  • Develop people 
  • Sharing experience with other team members
  • Proper transition of tasks and handover
  • Provide feedback to TL
  • PDP follow up

Relationship management 

  • Building of appropriate relationship with Front office agents and account managers
  • Cooperation with other Logistics teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining appropriate relationship with third parties

Qualifications and Technical competencies required 


  • High school 


  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in working with ERP preferred but not necessary
