Our client – an international company with SSC based in Prague – is searching for OPEX Accountant with English language to join their team.


•      Receive information from the Client’s structural units required for the performance of my duties specified herein

•      Organize and ensure the accounting of transactions to acknowledge expenses, as well as to acknowledge and keep records of accounts from suppliers and contractors

•      Enter information on invoices and other accounting documents into accounting records 

•      Verify the arithmetic accuracy and correct completion of invoices and documents submitted for accounting purposes

•      Control the accuracy and documented substantiation of invoices from suppliers and contractors 

•      Preparation of reports under Client’s request 

•      Following the accounting period, ensure and reconcile settlements with suppliers and contractors

•      Following the accounting period, organize and formalize reconciliation statements for settlements with suppliers and contractors

•      Verify the classification and recording of operational expenses 

•      Receive and check invoices, related to prepaid expenses

•      Record prepaid expenses in SAP

•      Participation in internal and external audits 

What you'll need to succeed 

The right candidate has higher economic education in Accounting or Finance, min. 2 years of relevant professional work experience in general accounting, experience with SAP – ERP System, knowledge of English language (+ Russian languages would be an advantage), problem solving skills, ability to meet deadlines, ability to make decisions, proactivity. Knowledge of IFRS is also needed.
