Project Description

Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. They provide a robust suite of feature-rich residential and business communication solutions that offer flexibility, portability, and ease-of-use for both landline and mobile phones.

We are looking for a responsible operations assistant to provide professional correspondence and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Partner channels and communication. You will be communicating with potential partners, sending out contracts, sending out product information, updates on new features and various backend administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Entering potential prospects into a CRM system
  • Back end administration
  • Direct communication with partner channels
  • Contacting third partners
  • Handling inquiries
  • Sending out information about products / updated information on new features

Your Profile

  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong Excel/CRM/Office suite competency 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to prioritize and plan workload
  • Strong sense of job ownership, adaptable and flexible in nature
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Sound process methodology
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and work ethics
  • Able to multi-task while keeping deadlines
  • Hardworking, efficient with a keen eye for detail
