Job description

As an Operations & Office Administration Executive, you will support the smooth run of the event from the early stages of choosing the venue to the final stage of overseeing the event on site by traveling & providing detailed analysis and feedback after. You will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with the upcoming/ongoing event. As an Operations & Office Administration Executive, you will also be in charge of ensuring the flawless run of the office administration, basic HR and Accounting processes.

By reporting to the Head of Operations you will assist in driving high-quality event & internal organization care and strive to be an ambassador for Prospero Events Group brand at every interaction.

Essential requirements to candidates:

- Strong written and spoken English language;

- Strong written and spoken Czech language;

- Computer literacy, strong software skills: MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Indesign as a benefit.                                                                                                                                    -

-University degree.

Desired requirements to candidates:

-Experience in Administration or Event Operations (experience in working at an event planning company);

-Experience in venue or hotel procurement positions.

Additional details:

  • Office location: Vinohradska 2396/184 Prague 130 00, Czech Republic, (next to Zelivskeho metro station).
  • Monthly remuneration overall up to 45’000 CZK: Fixed salary + performance bonuses. Final salary offer depends on candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, career achievements, core competencies, education etc.
  • MultiSport card to visit sporting and relaxation facilities.
  • Introduction and daily training provided.
  • Language: English & Czech.
  • Full time. Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30.
  • 20 paid leaves annually with bonus upgrade of 1 additional day for each year of employment till it reaches 25 days.
  • 3 paid Sick-days annually.
