Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty is looking for a reliable, flexible, adaptable and friendly customer-oriented colleague to join our Prague Office Services unit and perform duties related to daily operations of the mailroom, storages and archives as well as deliver client services in a helpful and timely manner.



As the Office Services Clerk you will:

 

  • receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • prepare outgoing mail and shipments and arranges customs clearance
  • complete necessary documentation for express delivery and registered mail in accordance with postal regulations and/or terms and conditions of private express delivery firms etc.  
  • prepare and processes necessary paperwork related to mail, shipping and delivery services and maintain records of deliveries and receipts.
  • run a photocopy machine to produce high quality multiple copies of documents etc.  
  • provide services related with regular operations of archives and storages
  • help with receiving of goods and inventories
  • assist your supervisor in tracking of departmental expenses and maintaining files
  • process individual clients’ requests etc. 


 

Are you the right candidate?

As a successful candidate you will have:


  • experience in administration, international or domestic (Czech) shipping and office practices
  • end-user knowledge of MS Office applications
  • ability to interact and operate effectively with peers and other associates within a collegial, and yet demanding work environment
  • valid driver´s license B
  • proficiency in Czech language and working knowledge of English language (Oral+Written)
