Motor Warranty Claims Adjuster

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Communication with customers, car services, car dealers

·        Effective and fast solving of claims

·        Checking insurance coverage in accordance with contractual obligations

·        Complaints administration

·        Maintaining relationships with customers, car repair shops, parts suppliers and other dealers

WE REQUIRE:

·        Good knowledge of mechanical processes related to cars

·        Good communication skills

·        Communicative knowledge of English necessary

·        Experience with working in an environment of customer services, client services is an advantage (ideally car services, second-hand car shops)

·        Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations

·        Investigative skills

·        Building up first  business relationships and contacts

·        Knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook
