Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)

Core Responsibilities:

The Marketing QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the correctness and accuracy of work delivered by the Marketing Team.

The QA Specialist supports the day to day running of the marketing team by providing administrative and proofreading Quality Assurance.

The QA specialist will review the output from the Marketing team to ensure that the work is correct and accurate. When work is delivered from the Design team to the marketing team, the QA Specialist will ensure that the requested assets have been delivered according the to required specifications.

As a native English speaker, the QA Specialist will review copy delivered by the copywriting team to check for spelling, grammatical, contextual and other mistakes.

Core duties:

1. Check marketing campaign forms for correctness and accuracy

2. Review marketing briefs before submission for correctness and accuracy

3. Review materials delivered from Design team to marketing team for correctness and accuracy

4. Review outgoing campaign communications before they are sent to customer for correctness and accuracy


  • Actively work towards increasing the quality of the work delivered by the Marketing Department.
  • Suggest improvements or amendments in process, procedures or ideas where appropriate.
  • Support the Marketing Operations team by finding and correcting mistakes as and when they occur.
  • The QA Specialist is accountable to the Marketing Manager and works as a part of the Marketing Support team, a component of the Marketing Department.

Job Requirements:

  • Native English Language Speaker
  • High School Diploma required, associate degree preferred
