POS Media Group is looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to work on a variety of marketing and communication platforms. You will play a vital role delivering our communications strategy and helping to champion and manage the POS Media brand. This role will suit someone who already has some marketing experience and has good writing skills, experience with digital engagement, and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

What you’ll be doing:
You'll be working alongside our EU Sales team in designing and shaping our internal and external communications strategy. In this role, you'll get the chance to work as part of our leadership team at our company headquarters in Prague. We are expanding into Asia and are growing fast in EU, so you’ll be expected to be flexible, reliable, and hard-working, as well as being a team player able to use initiative and seek solutions when required.

Your key responsibilities:
• Communicate product and service information across the company and support new product and service launches
• Bring new ideas on how to communicate dynamically and creatively with internal and external audiences
• Ensure consistent internal and external communication
• Provide marketing support to group CEO (prepare material and data for presentations to clients and key partners)
• Maintain and update the company website and related communication channels
• Conduct regular competitive market research
• Coordinate PR and Marketing initiatives to support our rapid expansion into new markets and global strategic partnerships
• Administrate the creation and publishing of weekly content for our employee Intranet
• Prepare a monthly newsletter for distribution to our subscriber database and to member countries
• Execute marketing support for European branch offices (e.g. manuals, catalogues, projects)

We’d like to meet you if you have…
• At least two years of marketing, advertising, media, FMCG or retail experience
• Ability to work independently and drive change with a “can do” mindset
• A proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels, from initial planning through to final execution
• Experience writing and editing content for both print and online media
• A solid understanding of social media with experience managing professional social media accounts
• Languages: Czech (at a native speaker level); English (at an advanced level, written and spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (mainly Power Point), plus a basic knowledge of graphic programs
