Local Learning Coordinator

Location: Prague

Full-time, unlimited contract


Who are we looking for?

The Local Learning Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all activities and programs. You will support Global Learning Design & Operations team through coordinating the program logistics for training courses and other program activities as needed. 


Your Responsibilities & Your Impact:

  • Coordinate onsite training logistics at assigned locations or for virtual training delivery as needed
  • Set up all coordinating tasks around training/events (booking MR, set up of meeting rooms, Ensures all AV equipment is maintained and in good working order, catering)
  • Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members - Point of contact for vendors and participants, Cooperation with facility
  • Resolves issues as they arise onsite and proactively prevent problems as they become apparent.
  • Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Fluent level of English is required
  • A minimum of one year of related experience is required
  • Detail orientated, strong communicator - excellent customer service skills, proactive approach
  • Team player, responsible approach towards job
  • Ability to work effectively and ability to prioritize workload
