For our prestigious client, a CRM Developing company from Benelux we are looking to fill the position of Lead Generation Specialist who is ready for new challenges.


  • Maintain relationship with partners
  • Generate qualified sales leads and appointments for the business
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and passing them to internal and/or outside sales teams
  • Producing qualified prospects by following up on leads from various marketing programs, or conducting outbound, proactive calling to target accounts
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of the organization's products and/or services, and build interest by understanding the needs of the customer and offering appropriate solutions
  • You may assist in the development of lead nurture programs and customer content strategies
  • Documenting outbound/inbound activity and maintain client accounts in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other marketing databases
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient speaker of the Dutch language, plus proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, especially phone based
  • Previous experience working with/selling CRM systems is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or KPIs
  • Ability to engage and build long term relationship with prospects and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospects “pain points” by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them
