We are looking for a technical support professional interested in working at a fast-growing, global, cloud-based translation technology company. We would like you to join Memsource and help change the way companies manage translations and communicate with global audiences. In this role, you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will be working as a part of the Memsource Technical Support team to ensure continued company growth, all the while working in a fun, innovative, start-up environment with an experienced and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing on a daily basis in the Support Team:

  • Helping translators and reviewers to solve problems with their translation projects
  • Helping Project Managers to set up project workflows and manage their Linguistic teams
  • Helping Memsource users with best practices for managing translation memories, term bases, and machine translations
  • Interacting with representatives of translation agencies via our ticketing system
  • Creating requests for enhancing current features (e.g. Quality Assurance, Concordance Search, Project Templates, etc.) based on user feedback
  • Reproducing issues reported by Project Managers and Linguists in all the Memsource Editors
  • Helping translators and Project Managers to prepare and import various file formats (e.g. Word, Excel, PDF, etc.)

The key skills we will be evaluating include:

  • Excellent written and communication English skills - we’re an international team and English is our official language
  • High-level knowledge of the Czech language
  • Interest and ability to learn technical aspects of the language and localization industry
  • Advanced PC skills - technology is our friend, not our enemy
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven team player
