Junior Recruiter with French

We are looking for a positive person to help us source new colleagues and support managers and employees with all HR aspects. You must have any experience in recruitment – no matter from internal HR or the agency, are proactive, love the multicultural environment and you are team-oriented. Working in human resources is fun, but it´s not only about to make others happy.

You, like the beating heart of our company:

  • Will be the single point of contact for management for all people-related aspects
  • We expect you to Actively source new people, participate in the selection and recruitment process
  • Will need to Perform the interviews with candidates and Assessment centers, reporting and data maintenance
  • Will participate in providing business partnership to all levels of the Unit
  • Support managers with labor code issues and in implementing changes
  • Together with managers drive initiatives to boost people engagement
  • Deliver workshops for employees on certain topics (Benefits, etc.)
  • Will collect feedback from the exit and adaptation interview and work with its outputs

You, as a person, need to be:

  • Experienced in HR or recruitment (considered as a plus)
  • Fluent in English and French language
  • Good listener, decisive, strong in opinions
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and changing priorities
  • Not to give up in case it gets difficult
  • Optimistic, team player, with a sense of humor
