Job description:
- consulting and provision of legal support
- advice to procurement department focusing on Russia and the local Customs Union
- Support with preparation and negotiation of the supplier’s contracts
- Support with preparation procurement contracts
- Reporting
Availability to start ASAP
Location in Prague 4 - Chodov metro station
Working schedule: 20 hours weekly
Salary: 240 - 290 CZK based on experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Law degree
- 3+ years of practice in major law firm with experience in international commercial contract drafting, review and negotiations
- Excellent knowledge of Russian civil and commercial law
- Fluent English and Russian
- Organization and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
