For our significant client, an international company based in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for position of Service Desk Analyst with English and Dutch/German language.

Your new role 

A successful candidate will be responsible for solving of the requests and for support from internal customers in a professional manner with strong focus on a quality and client satisfaction. Other responsibilities will be allocating unresolved issues according to the internal escalation procedures, taking responsibility for the communication with users from the start till the end of the problem solving case, searching documentation and previous requests for assistance on related topics to establish possible solutions to calls, maintaining all information and data in a tracking system and reporting up to date and accurate inventory information on the organisation's IT assets.

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking a candidate with strongly customer-oriented personality and good communication skills. Previous technical experience, IT interest or education is preferred. An excellent level of English and Dutch/German (both written and spoken) is a must. Also, good analytical and problem-solving skills and time flexibility are required.
