Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements (IT and non-IT positions)
- Ensures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidates via resumes and prescreening calls
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. FB, VK, LinkedIn etc.)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Support Recruiting team with coordinating and scheduling of interviews
- Post and manage job ads for external posting sites, including university, portfolio schools
- Maintain our intern candidate databases
- Communicate with applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Conduct interviews
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience sourcing in a professional environment
- 1+ years of experience with social media recruiting
- Expert Boolean Search knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to write creative job postings
