Are you passionate about learning new technologies and education? Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for the full-time position of Junior E-Learning Administrator, to join the company’s Prague office. The role will allow you to delve into the world of E-Learning and instructional design by being responsible for the creating, management and maintenance of online educational platforms for prestigious university partners and professional qualification bodies, as well as being involved in the learning content creation for these programmes. You will learn how to build and manage online courses through the use of learning management systems, learn the basics of instructional design, and become responsible for the day to day learning operations across multiple academic partnerships, while constantly seeking to improve the student experience through innovating and adding efficiency. You will also assist in proofreading and quality assuring the learning materials, so a strong English language background and attention to detail is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating new e-learning courses within our Learning Management System
  • Project managing the content requirements for learning programmes
  • Managing and maintaining existing e-learning courses, including updating course material, managing new student enrolments, timetables, content, etc.
  • Continuously working on optimising and innovating the e-learning environment of our courses
  • Troubleshooting technical issues on e-learning course level
  • Liaising with key stakeholders from academics, student support, exams & assessments, and content creation, as well as higher level management departments to ensure seamless delivery of e-learning courses
  • Managing project plans and working according to timetables on the release of e-learning courses
  • Proofreading and quality assuring the learning materials
  • Reviewing the learning materials
  • Reporting to a Senior E-Learning Manager 

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Constructive and critical thinking
  • Solid editorial and copywriting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong desire to learn and develop in the field of learning management system administration and instructional design
  • Experience with Project Management is an advantage
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
  • Working knowledge of HTML is an advantage, but not a necessity
  • Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work proactively, in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Valid working visa.
