For our client, global leader in outsourcing of customer service, we are seeking junior candidates with pro-customer spirit and knowledge of German language.

Your new role 

Providing complete customer service on the passive customer service line, communicate on email with customers. Communicate with customers from German speaking marker. Setting parameters of the products in the internal system based on customer requirements. The introduction of new contracts in the database and updates. Dealing with requests and complaints of clients.

What you'll need to succeed 

German language on professional level and English on communicative level. Completed secondary education. Good communication skills, assertiveness, independence and thoroughness. Stress resistance. No work experience is required, the company will provide full training.
