Within IT Operations department of BlueLink Group, Telco IT Engineer works with IT Operations Manager in the context of maintaining IT call-routing systems in operational conditions, and deployments related to new activities and call routing related tasks. In particular, he guarantees the availability and performance of various platforms of IT system [Interactive Voice Response, Automatic call distributor etc].

What are you going to do at our company?

  • Technical administration of telephony solutions, Contact Center platforms and outbound call campaigns platform
  • Provide daily operational support for IT call-routing platforms and infrastructure
  • Propose and implement IVR script trees; defining common settings for IVR/ACD tools. Deploy agent scripts for outbound calling campaigns
  • Proactively identifying and resolving incidents and problems; managing production incidents when they occur, provide service restoration and ensure regular communication with affected parties
  • Asset/capacity management and maintenance of the entrusted platform
  • Support and implementation of interesting IT projects
  • Design of technical solutions; lead other IT Telco engineers if/when needed.
  • Contribution in the selection process of future solutions through tenders/RFP process.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, ensure procedures compliance
  • Managing vendor relationships [quoting, orders, escalations]
  • Participation in rotational on-call service

What do we require from you?

  • Solid knowledge in troubleshooting of contact center tools: IVR designer, ACD, supervision, recording, call accounting system; experience limited to administrative telephony is not sufficient.
  • Experience with network and call-routing platforms administration and support 2+ years
  • Experience with PABX administration: Alcatel / Cisco / Avaya / AudioCodes PBX
  • Knowledge in VOIP; Voice XML language, LUA programming language, SIP – protocol language/logic
  • Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Genesys, Odigo, Altitude
  • Some knowledge/practice with software development [algorithmic, programming or scripting language like visual basic].
  • Advanced networking knowledge
  • General knowledge of concepts used in IT, basics about databases, operating systems [Windows, Linux] and virtualization
  • Advanced English
  • Being independent, communicative and able to organize

What would be considered as a plus?

  • Vendor management experience with BT and Prosodie/Capgemini
  • Relevant certifications
  • French language
