We are looking for experienced technical support agents for our expanding team in Prague.


Responsibilities

Provide first-class technical customer support in English h via phone, email, chat and WebEx

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and associated technologies to ensure that all issues are handled properly

Develop expertise in telecommunications, contact center, and related technologies

Identify opportunities to improve or modify products and actively participate in process improvement

Build long-lasting professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike


Requirements

A minimum of two-years' experience in technical support environment is required

Experience using or supporting contact-centre software, telecommunications, or computer networking is required

Understanding of networking technologies and telecommunications architecture (PBX, Carriers, VoIP, SIP, IP Routing)

You are proficient in written and spoken English
