Your tasks will be

  • To provide the Helpdesk Service to all Offices in Italian speaking countries
  • To receive calls from staff requesting assistance with their IT issues, accurately log calls into the service desk ticketing system. You either answer the query immediately or channel the issue to the relevant escalation point, achieve / maintain end to end SLA’s for support calls to provide a Project resource as required.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking for someone with job related experience, fluency in written & spoken German and Italian, knowledge in IT support, knowledge of Windows XP, Win 7, Win 10, Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes, experience with a ticketing system (Unicenter, JIRA or similar). Excellent Customer Service Skills, ability to prioritise and effectively manage own time are also required.
