What is about gaining or expanding your skills in IT? The role of the IT Helpdesk is ideal for absolute beginners (Level 1) or for candidates with some experience (Level 2). Moreover, you will practice German and English on a daily basis + will work in the multicultural environment communicating with people from different countries. This great opportunity is open at the stable IT company with a headquarter in the USA and with one of the biggest offices in Prague 4 Pankrac. The company provides IT solutions for its clients worldwide.

About the job:

  • Providing Technical Support to customers in German & English languages
  • Assistance in solving issues related to Software & Hardware (logon, passwords, Internet connection, SW/HW issues, etc)
  • Only day time shifts Monday-Friday
  • Communication via phone and email
  • Work with ticketing system
  • Close cooperation with the other team members


Your profile:

  •  German & English - strong B2 or native speaker  
  •  Previous experience in customer service is an advantage. Full IT training is provided.
  •  For Level 2 - similar previous experience in IT helpdesk.
  •  Focus on the customer, good problem-solving skills
