For our client, an international pharmaceutical company with SSC based in Prague, we are currently seeking for candidates to join their new IT Support team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing remote support via ticketing system, but also occasionally onsite support (IT infrastructure problems). You would provide professional highly customer oriented support to end-users as a first point of contact. Supporting implementation of new IT processes, manage end-use incidents and prioritise service in line with business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a perfect fit for this position if your English is on a communicative level and you also speak fluently French. You have to have experience in IT support or other relevant position at least 1 year. High level of customer focus an strong commitment. Experienced in interacting with external suppliers and service providers.
