We are looking for a new member of our IT helpdesk team. If you are fluent in English and German, have analytical skills, like to help others, and are looking for full-time employment, do not hesitate to send us your CV in English.

The Position

– You will be in touch with customers who need help regarding technical issues.

– You will only work from home, so it doesn’t matter in which part of our country you live 

– Working hours: Monday-Friday / one or two-shift system (6 am to 2 pm / 2 pm to 10 pm) 

Candidate’s profile

– Advanced spoken German and English (B2-C1 level)

– Previous experience in IT Customer Service 

– Welcome experience with Windows, VPN, Office 365, ticketing tools, etc.

– Know how to give a helping hand to a newcomer or your junior team member
