Join us in Prague as Inventory Optimization Specialist and go further with your career in logistic by managing our material replenishment planning (spare parts needed for maintenance of machines on breweries sites based in UK, Germany and Belgium) and by planning and executing stock optimization initiatives finalized to stock cost reductions. The Inventory Optimization Specialist role owns inventories in a regional level, providing solutions to optimize current inventory, avoiding unnecessary purchases and strengthening stock synergy between plants and suppliers. In such role you will enhance your SAP skills and you will have a huge visibility within the company (by interacting with a variety of stakeholders), visibility which will allow you career growth opportunities either keeping the same role but adding more responsibilities to that or crossing functions internally.

Your missions: 

  • You will be in charge of stock and demand forecast + stock budget definition and follow up
  • You will review and execute Inventory Inclusion requests and define and update required reports
  • You will manage Inventory Replenishment requests using MRP/SAP
  • You will review and update MRP material parameters and you will do your best to reduce Spare Part’s inventories by optimizing and sharing inventories
  • You will provide inventory and demand forecast and you will release and approve Spare Part purchase requisition in SAP for Stock
  • You will aligns with business on inventory rules and execute inclusions requests, owning inventory and stock level. 
  • You will Support Master data team and seek for master data quality improvement
  • You will provide insights and stock information for procurement process 

What we are looking for: 

  • You have 2-4 years experience in Warehousing, or Logistics or Supply Chain
  • You master English and, ideally but not compulsorily, you speak either German or Dutch
  • You have strong systems skills (SAP, Advanced excel, VBA, Data base management, etc) and even stronger analytical skills
  • You are organized and are able to manage the process in a high demand environment
  • You have solid communication skills and you are a team player
  • You are a beer lover who enjoys thinking out of the box and you perform even better under pressure
