Inventory Deployment Senior Specialist Italy

YOUR JOB

Ensure stock levels in the Italian warehouses are on the right level to fulfill the customer orders.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES

Monitor stock levels, stock balance and stock ordered by customers in Italian warehouses
Analyze the need of products brewed in other countries according to forecast and replenishment planning
Solve ad hoc issues regarding stock availability together with team members and carriers
Follow up on transport arrivals and stock received with Logistic team and warehouses
Align on solutions with breweries in case of high and low stock levels
Attend routine meetings with Supply and Commercial teams to discuss stock issues
Escalate potential risks and out of stocks

YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in Supply chain overall and in Logistics Transport or Warehousing

Fluency in English and Italian

YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Education leve: Graduate degree
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP
