We are an International Moving Company, looking for talented people who are not afraid to step out of their comfort zone. Due to rapid growth we are looking for at least two enthusiastic International Move Coordinators.
About the job
• Pro-active management (not sales) of international moves ‘door-to-door’, from initial inquiry until final invoicing
• Daily communication via phone and email with our customers (international expat community) and other stakeholders
• Updating of all records and databases
• Pro-actively solving any issue as soon as it arises, keeping all relevant parties informed
• Procurement of services from suppliers, making sure costs remain within budget and quality is at the required level
• Active input to internal improvement projects
Requirements
• Must be fluent in English.
• Industry specific experience a plus but not a prerequisite
• Good computer skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Own transport a plus due to location
