We are currently looking to fill the position of Inside Sales representative (ISR). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an international B2B sales career.

As Inside Sales representative (ISR ) you will be responsible (but not limited to) for:

  • Manage a partner set of supplies specialist resellers
  • Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate
  • Follow up if the time needed to find an appropriate answer
  • Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails
  • Detect High Business Opportunities
  • Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
  • Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers
  • Process the specific marketing on products and services


  • Fluent English and a Native Czech or Slovak speaker.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous sales experience. Preferably B2B sales.
  • Positive attitude and goal orientation.
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
  • Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Flexibility in prioritizing workload.
  • IT knowledge is plus
