Job description.
Inside Sales Representative’s main task of Inside Sales Representative is to attract managers of leading international companies to attend our conferences as delegates or sponsors. Depending on qualifications and experience of the candidate we are recruiting for entry, senior or team leader vacancies.

Key performance areas:
- Achieving monthly sales revenue targets.
- Achieving daily outbound phone calling and email/online communication performance targets.

Minimum requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of computer programmes (Word, Excel) & working on the internet.
- Be a citizen or resident; or have the required work permits to legally work in the Czech Republic.

Desirable requirements:
- Sales experience.
- University degree.

- Initiative.
- Good communication skills.
- Enjoy talking to people.

Additional details:
- Office location: Antala Staska 77, Prague 4, (next to Budejovicka metro station), Czech Republic.
- Remuneration: Uncapped Sales Commissions + Performance Bonuses + Basic Fixed Salary. Fixed basic gross salary may vary between 20’000 CZK and 50’000 CZK depending on candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, career achievements, core competencies, education etc.
- Benefits: Meal Vouchers (once reaches the minimum target in the probation period); MultiSport card to visit sporting and relaxation facilities.

- 20 paid leaves annually with bonus upgrade of 1 additional day for each year of employment till it reaches 25 days.
