Webhelp is the third largest contact service provider in Europe and currently, we are looking for INSIDE PARTNER BUSINESS MANAGER with RUSSIAN for HP campaign in Prague (covering Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan markets).

- Fluent English and a Native Russian/Kazakh speaker
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience. Preferably B2B sales
- Positive attitude and goal orientation
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload
- IT knowledge is plus

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their HP business sell out of PC and Print products, supported by callout campaigns
- Proactively and regularly calling partners to increase sales through promotions, hot offers/benefits of HP Partner program
- Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners
- Support partners to close big deals
- Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting/updating opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate
- Manage partner forecasting and performance
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from partners
- Educate partners on BU products and solutions
- Define resellers Share of wallet, growth potential, program qualification/certification
- Identify gaps and define actions how to close gaps. Grow BU with a partner through joint business planning
- Registration/Onboarding of IT resellers to HP Partner program
