Inside Partner Business Manager with Slovak


Our partner is one of the biggest manufacturers in the IT field, with the teams working across Adriatic, CIS countries, Western Europe and Russia. The IPBM is responsible to manage a set list of supplies partners (the list will be provided to you) so that each IPBM achieves their individual quarterly revenue sell out the target. The partners are chosen mainly with the ambition of penetrating the CEP and Mid-Market End User segments. The structures operate on selected lists of partners held in accounting with the objective of developing supplies sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a partner set of supplies-specialist re-sellers
  • Articulate clearly the value proposition of the company
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from re-sellers, routing onward if appropriate, follow up if needed
  • Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails.
  • Detect high business opportunities
  • Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
  • Process call-out campaign based on a predefined list of re-sellers
  • Process-specific marketing on products and services


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovak and English
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous B2B sales experience, especially in IT
  • Positive attitude and goal-oriented
  • Experience in negotiations is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels
  • Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
