What is the role about?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process end to end for Johnson & Johnson in Belgium and the Netherlands from Prague. You will be responsible for variety of roles of different seniority as well as you will have possibility to participate in additional projects up to your personal interest.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the following areas of responsibility:
  • End to end recruitment process for your roles from opening the role until offer is accepted
  • Delivering a great candidate as well as hiring manager experience
  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals)
  • Managing our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates

You are the perfect candidate for us if you are/have:
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in recruitment - we are open to you if you are at the beginning of your recruitment career as well as if you are already experienced recruiter with passion for the job!
  • Native/fluent level of Dutch spoken and written - required
  • Fluent level of English
