Your responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • End to end remote recruitment process for your assigned portfolio of roles being based mainly in Portugal
  • Delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders
  • Managing our system technology to ensure data integrity
  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate
  • Project work in line with YOUR as well as TA goals and objectives

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - required
  • Fluent Portuguese and English spoken and written – required
  • Advanced Spanish is highly desirable
  • Previous experience from in-house recruitment for international corporate company is a big plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and trust building skills mainly towards your stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail – to be able to organize your daily workload appropriately
