INVOICE TO CASH REPRESENTATIVE WITH SWEDISH OR OTHER NORDIC LANGUAGE

Contract: full time, unlimited


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Allocation of all payment transactions in banks for countries in scope
  • Processing different type of payments (Direct Debit, Cheques, outgoing payment…)
  • Follow up on unidentified and unapplied cash receipts as per defined procedures
  • Reconciliations of different types of accounts related to Invoice to Cash
  • Cooperation with other department within the organization (Account to Report, Audit, Customer Service, Treasury…)
  • Produce routine reports and execute other closing activities in a timely manner
  • Convert accounts receivable to cash for countries in scope as per defined procedures
  • Making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls promptly according to processes
  • Researching and resolving disputes and deductions that would otherwise delay or prevent payment of accounts receivable
  • Placing accounts on credit hold, and releasing orders from credit hold within scope of authority
  • Evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on and setting credit limits according to the defined procedures
  • Work with credit reports and monitoring from credit agencies
  • Performing periodical credit limit reviews with limited amount of supervision
  • Meeting dashboard metrics related to I2C
  • Maintaining current information on each active customer
  • Performing other Account Receivable and Credit Management tasks on ad hoc basis


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Proficient in any Nordic Language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) – Swedish preferred (written and oral) for daily communication with native speakers
  • Strong communication skills on the phone combined with customer and service orientation
  • Experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment
  • Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative
  • Eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Very good level of English
