HR Onboarding Specialist with Dutch and/or German 

Location: Prague

Contract: Full-time, maternity cover

Your responsibilities & Your Impact:

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Administration Specialist, YOU will take ownership of the administration tasks related to the recruitment and onboarding process. This may include preparing contracts and onboarding documents for new employees of Johnson & Johnson, be in touch with the recruitment team and supporting the managers with administrative tasks related to onboarding of new joiners.

YOUR daily responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation, completion and distribution of contracts and offer packages to selected candidates for countries in EMEA region
  • Administration related to onboarding activities
  • Identifying potential gaps in process and participating in process improvements.
  • Responding to ad hoc tasks related to new joiner administration

We would love to hear from YOU, if you:

  • are fluent in Dutch, English and at least advanced in German (as a benefit)
  • have already some work experience from a similar environment (shared service center)
  • enjoy performing administration activities
  • are punctual and have a great eye for detail
  • have experience with tools to report data, track and analyze trends
