Material Scheduling Supervisor

Join us as Material Planning Supervisor and go further with your career in supply chain! We are looking for a material scheduling supervisor able to handle daily challenges with breweries based in UK and Germany and willing to drive with energy and proactivity a team of 6 experts, all skilled at high-end service delivery: with this role you will enhance your communication and stakeholder management skills and you will increase your visibility among breweries and within the company, allowing yourself a career evolution possible either in operations or in transport planning – not to mention the possibility to grow in other related functions and also in other locations where we are active.


Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists is always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work


Your missions

  • Manage the operations: manage business KPI’s and daily/weekly/monthly routines;
  • Manage stakeholders and escalations;
  • Manage the team;
  • Identify and implement process improvements;
  • Provide an accurate visibility of material needs to suppliers, taking into consideration possible changeovers;
  • Communication with suppliers, procurement, zone technical department etc. to ensure materials availability.


What we are looking for: 

  • At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain and ideally within a FMCG corporation;
  • Advanced written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • Advanced written and spoken knowledge of German is an advantage;
  • Perform better under pressure, you love beers and last minute challenges;
  • Drive changes and get excited at developing your team.
