We are currently looking for an HR Generalist with French in Prague to join our team on our client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and the international environment.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Training and guidance to new team members
  • Administrative support to the HR Services team
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with progress updates
  • Contact person for employees, managers and the HR community
  • Contact with customers, responsible for case opening and closing (end to end)
  • Perform Payroll data changes as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
  • 3 years of experience in HR or Administration
  • 1 year of experience working with SAP, WorkDay or Success Factors
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other HR legislation and policies
  • Proactive demeanor
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
