Mooza is rapidly growing and boldly heading to our first milestone (50 employees) which we will achieve at the beginning of 2021.

We are on the search for an exceptional talent to take ownership over HR & Payroll related matters for our Czech and Polish branches.

As HR Generalist you’ll work as part of Mooza’s People Ops team close with C-level executives and external providers. You will be a trusted advisor for all Mooza employees & partner in HR department.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Provide ongoing HR advice to the Polish & Czech offices on a number of areas including: policies and procedures, sickness absence, guidance to Employees and Managers,
  • Responsible for keeping policy and employment legislation up to date and ensure practices are carried out in line with any changes in PL & CZ legislation,
  • Verification of payroll data such as new/existing employee’s information, contract details, positions, bonuses, benefits changes and absence/holidays records,
  • Arranging Health & Safety training and medical appointments,
  • Responsible for monthly payroll reporting details,
  • Coordinate, administer and provide support in HR Processes ensuring accurate and relevant documentation is provided in a timely manner i.e. Onboarding, Organisational Changes, Employment Benefits,
  • Work closely with external lawyers and payroll agency,
  • Coordinator of operations such as sending welcome packs, gifts, ordering hardware, organizing company events etc.


WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

  • Experience in Polish & Czech employment and contractor matters: types of employment contracts, employee benefits, policies, labour law,
  • 2-3-years of experience in a generalist HR function,
  • Strong attention to detail applied to both the more administrative tasks as well as the HR-related duties,
  • Ability to implement new regulations quickly and effectively,
  • You are proactive and flexible
  • You can handle working in a fast paced changing environment,
  • Polish & Czech language- C1 or native,
  • English- professional working proficiency,
