Job Description


HR Administration User Support Senior Specialist, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic 

The purpose of this role is to provide second level expert services for employees, managers and HR community in region Europe in the area of Access Management, Organization Management, Reporting and Interfaces from and to SAP HR and act as a subject matter expert for these services.


Your Responsibilities: 


Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure delivery of consulting service within areas in scope to various stakeholders 

• Acts as the Topic Expert for assigned application/service area and is part of RPP network. 

• Answering queries concerning best practices and the use and navigation of SAP HR applications and other HR systems/tools. 

• Runs on regular frequency quality checks such as OM Auditor, Reporting, OM, AS case handling checks in order to ensure sustainable and high quality service delivery. 

• Is familiar with functionality of global systems and HR Global Data Definition and standards 

• Responsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate experts

Minimum requirements


What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/other related field is preferred 

• Excellent English spoken and written 

• Working experience in SSC environment preferred 

• Minimum 3 years of experience with HR Systems such as SAP ERP HCM is a must, covering multiple areas/modules, especially Standardized/Ad Hoc Reporting (Payroll, Organization Management, TM, Personal Data Administration, Position Management, Authorizations/Auditing, etc.) 

• Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred 

• Work experience in international environment/team/global company preferred
