You are an enthusiastic and optimistic person who can adjust to any situation. Working in a team comes naturally to you but you are also able to work independently. You will be responsible for attracting candidates through all recruitment channels and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within our company. Working on tight deadlines and high-volume sourcing, you are able to prioritise and work together with departmental managers to meet demands. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your internal customer’s recruitment needs and requirements.


Recruitment Responsibilities

•     Partner with all business units to determine effective sourcing strategies

•     Review and update job descriptions

•     Perform screening and pre-selection calls, conduct interviews, and schedule interviews for hiring managers

•     Carry out background checks and references

•     Proactively search all recruitment channels to build a pipeline of talent

•     Record and update databases

 

Your Profile

•     Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, other languages (German, French, Dutch, Spanish) beneficial

•     Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach

•     Ability to prioritise and plan workload

•     Strong sense of job ownership, adaptable and flexible in nature to support an ever-changing work load and environment

•     Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

•     Desire to learn and succeed

•     Proactive with a positive attitude and work ethic

•     Able to multi-task and commit to being results-driven while keeping deadlines

•     Hardworking, efficient, and with a keen eye for detail
