Job description
- complex payroll and HR agenda for DACHS region
- active participation on hiring process for German team
- cooperation with managers all oer the world
- work with internal data in the SAP system
- preparation of agreement and contracts, advertisements, benefits scheme
- communication with 3rd parties and offices regarding to employees
- first point of contact within HR agenda for colleagues
- active communication in German and English
- communication wih external payroll advisors
- participation on internal and external training
Requirements
- good knowledge or German payroll agenda and legislation
- current experience on similar role at least 3-4 years
- experience in HR more than 5 years
- fluent German (ideal native) and English
- ability to meet deadlines
- very good communication skills
- patience and balance
- experience with SAP will be big advantage
