We are currently looking for an HR Administrative Associate in Prague to join our team on our client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Services team
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience by understanding and solving problems with a polite and professional approach
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with progress updates
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers and the HR community
  • Escalate requests that cannot be resolved to the appropriate people
  • Provide rapid, high quality, and validated support for all HR related requests and questions
  • Own administrative tasks and act as the first and final point of contact for customers, responsible for case opening and closing (end to end)
  • Maintain Personnel Administration HR data changes or actions
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base for countries in scope
  • Ensure everything is in compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation 


  • Over 1 year of experience in HR or Administration
  • Knowledge of Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other HR legislation and policies
  • Experience using SAP, ESS/MSS, Telephony, Service Now, Aconso, or Spark is an advantage
  • Previous experience as first-line customer support by phone
  • Professional and proactive demeanor
  • Excellent communication
  • Fluency in English, Czech/Slovak, and Russian, Ukrainian is an advantage
  • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
