HR Administration Specialist with Italian & Spanish

Location: Prague 

Contract: Full-time, maternity cover


J&J HR administration team in Prague is currently looking for an Italian speaking colleague to support managers and employees in Italy, Portugal & Spain. The HR Administration Specialist is responsible to perform all HR Administration activities related to the employee life cycle.


Your responsibilities & Your Impact:

  • Support managers and employees based in Portugal, Spain or Italy and cooperate with stakeholders
  • Perform all HR Administration activities related to the employee life cycle, which includes:
  • Employment data changes, personal information changes, terminations, 
  • reporting line changes, employment verifications, reference letters, organizational changes, 
  • one-time payments, allowances, leave and absence queries, company benefits, Year-end compensation, compensation changes
  • visa and work permit process
  • invoice processing (POs)
  • Maintain respective work instructions (DTPs), policies, guidelines and issue all HR related documentation
  • Support and coordinate business projects


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Fluent in English & Italian is a must, Spanish
  • At least one year working experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume workload
  • Experienced using MS Office, knowledge of Workday and SFDC a big advantage
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and also as a part of the team
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create and support positive work environment
