HR Administration Specialist with Dutch

Location: Prague

Contract: full time, fix-term


J&J HR Administration Team in Prague is currently looking for HR Administration Specialist to support our HR department. The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for the execution of assigned tasks to support employees, managers and other human resource teams in the Regional Service Center.


Your responsibilities & Your Impact:  

  • Employee data changes and business structure updates
  • Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications
  • Coordination of employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Administration of absence requests and return to work process
  • Benefits enrollment support, invoice processing
  • Researching policy inquiries as required 


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English is an absolute must, French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
  • Affinity with computers and technology
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment and able to cut-through the problems to find workable solutions
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a big advantage
